Dr Hunt completed her PhD under the prestigious Erasmus Mundus Scholarship and the Hayek Scholarship. Katherine defended her PhD thesis at Erasmus University of Rotterdam, and simultaneously graduated from the University of Bologna, and the University of Hamburg with a PhD in Law and Economics.
